Influencing Leadership utilizes only the best practices in Adult Learning. Adults engage in a variety of learning activities in response to their daily needs and problems. They may not think of these as “learning” since these activities do not take place in an educational system, but the activities are clearly learning activities. Adults can and do continue to learn.
